- The operation consists in building a social, sporting and cultural pole (PSSC) in Mermoz, Lyon 8th on a plot of around 3000 m2.
The building will be an ERP of category 3 type L, R and X and a floor area of around 2700 m2 on 4 levels (last floor greater than 8m).
The projectFits in a concerted development area and will take place near other sites.
The pole will include:

- A performance hall of around 150 seats
- A multipurpose room
