As part of this consultation, the Nimes Metropole urban community acts as contracting authority. The Services Are Not Divided Into Separate Lots For The Following Reason(s): The Services Are Not The Subject Of Separate Services.The Services Are The Subject Of'a Framework Agreement Giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, entered into in application of Articles L2125-1-1, R2162-1 TO R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. In application of article R2162-4-1 of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with a minimum amountmum And a Maximum Amount in value.The services of the framework agreement will be executed as and when the purchase orders issued by the public buyer are issued and will be settled according to the unit prices of the unit price schedule , Depending on the Quantities Actually Executed.
