Description:
The planned work is occasional, targeted and low volume interventions, including:
- earthworks, purges and embankments;
- the supply and implementation of suitable materials;
- the resumption of rainwater, sanitation networks and their accessories (looks, mouths sewer, grids, etc.);

The mono-attribute framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
The services are paid by unit prices within the limit in a maximum annual amount excluding 1,600,000 euros (s).
At the end of the first year of execution, the framework agreement may be renewed by annual period within the limit of 3 additional years. The renewal may intervene anticipated in the event that the maximum amount is reached Before the term of the period considered (initial period or one of the first two renewal periods). Consequently, the new contractual period will start from the date fixed in the letter of early renewal, for a period of one year from date to date. The maximum duration of The framework agreement will thus be reduced to the pro rata of the anticipated months.
