Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to provide one-off monitoring services during the City's various public events taking place indoors or outdoors (Official Ceremonies, Garage Sales, Inauguration of buildings municipal, Staff Greetings, etc.) as well as site and equipment surveillance and guarding services. The description of the expected services, their specifications and the administrative information of the market are specified within the Book of Special Clauses (CCP) and the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). These contracts, corresponding to each of the lots of the procedure, are subject to the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as the Code as a whole. documents from the consultation. Qualified as a service contract, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG Current Supplies and Services approved by Order of March 30, 2021. They are awarded according to the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. They constitute framework agreements with purchase orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code.
