Description:
This Framework Agreement covers the supply of concrete from the plant (the municipal services travel to pick up the supply) and the supply and delivery of ready-mixed concrete by mixer. The Consultation Is Passed According To A Procedure Adapted In Application Of Articless L2120-1-2, L2123-1-1 And R2123-1-1 Of The Public Order Code (Ccp). Provisional Notification Date: May 2023. In accordance with Article L.2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the Framework Agreement is broken down into 2 Lots defined as follows: Lot No1: Supply of ordinary concrete withOr Without Delivery/Lot No2: Supply Of Special Concretes With Or Without Delivery. This Framework Agreement Is Executed For A Period Of 1 Year From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notification To The Holder. It may then be renewed 3 times, tacitly, per period of 1 year.So Exceed 4 Years. The Delivery Time Will Be Defined By The Community In Each Purchase Order. The period of validity of offers is 120 days from the deadline for their submission. The Public Purchaser May Proceed With Technical And/Or Financial Negotiations Under The Conditions Ofe Article 7-3 of the Consultation Rules. The period of validity of negotiated offers is set at 90 days from the deadline set for their submission. Variations Are Not Allowed. There are no plans for any additional benefits. Applicants Must Mandatoryt Provide Samples In Support Of Their Offer (See Article 3-7 Of The Consultation Rules). Technical Value/10 (40%), Judged With Respect To The Quality Of The Samples And Technical Data Sheets Provided In Support Of The Offer: Quality Of The Finished Product With Respect To The Sample (4 Points): 2 Panointed Per Sample/Quality Of The Materials Used In The Composition Of The Samples With Respect To The Technical Data Sheets (6 Points): 3 Points Per Sample
