- This Framework Agreement covers the supply and delivery of fabrics for making curtains and linings. Provisional date of notification: June 2023 Articles L. 2120-1-2, L. 2123-1-1 And R. 2123-1-1 Of the Public Order Code. In accordance with Article L.2113-10 Of The Code OfPublic Order, The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into 2 Lots Defined As Follows:Lot No1: Tablecloths, Velvets And Cotton Fabrics Gratelot No2: Linens, Sheers And Washable FabricsDuration Of Validity Of Candidates' Tenders: 120 Days From The Deadline Fixed For Receiving Proposals. OfPeriod of validity of negotiated offers: 90 days from the deadline set for receipt of negotiated offers. Variations Are Prohibited. There Are No Additional Benefits. Negotiation: Negotiation - Electronic Only Buyer Will Conduct NegotiationsTechnical And/Or Financial ions With Candidates Having Presented A Compliant Or Regularizable Offer Under The Conditions Of The Article Above. Negotiations Will Begin By Sending A Request To All Candidates Via The Xmarches.Fr Platform , In Which The Conditions Will Be DefinedOns As Well As The Dates And Time Limits For The Submission Of The Negotiated Offers. The Judgment Of The Offers And The Awarding Of The Framework Agreement Will Then Be Made From The Negotiated Proposals. The profilePurchaser Within the time limit set by the Community for this purpose. Pursuant to Article R.2123-5 of the Public Procurement Code, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the Framework Agreement, subject of The present consultation, on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation.
