- The purpose of this consultation is to enter into a single-award framework agreement concerning the carrying out of a project management mission relating to the rehabilitation operation of 397 housing units in the Npnru perimeter with improvement of energy performance and improvement of the qualityservice of the "Porte de Montreuil Nord" real estate complex, tranche 3, in Paris 20th. concluded for a period of 48 months. In accordance with article R. 2162-4 of the CCP, the framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum order amount but with a maximum amount of EUR 3,250,000.00 excluding tax over the total duration.the duration of the framework agreement is 48 months.
