This system is intended for people presenting themselves as unaccompanied minors who are devoid of legal representatives on French soil. In a desire to continue the care of unaccompanied minors falling under the shelter, the Department of Allier has decided to set up a maximum sheltering of 25 places for young people declaring that they are unaccompanied with the creation of a collective structure with a maximum capacity of 25 reception
