The Contract concerns the carrying out of studies of risers and studies of adding individual diversions (DI) to risers.
Qualifications: LCPT or MGTI or BR mention CLN or OPQIBI and H0B1V (limited to the opening of boxes and distributors) are necessary for the execution of these services.

The Contract concerns the carrying out of studies of risers and studies of adding individual diversions (DI) to risers.
The LCPT or MGTI or BR qualifications mention CLN or OPQIBI and H0B1V (limited to the opening of boxes and distributors) are necessary for the performance of these services.
The services linked to the market are as follows:
- Study of individual connections with network adaptation;
- Survey of electrical column characteristics;
- Study of electric column;
- Study of resuming existing connections;
- Detection of existing structures.
The geographical sector of lot no. 1 is identified "North" and extends over the following departments:
55 (Meuse), 54 (Meurthe & Moselle), 57 (Moselle) and certain municipalities of 67 (Bas Rhin).
