This framework agreement relates to the benefits relating to the anti -vetoral and anti-parasitic control and the emergency measures of sanitation in the territory of the city of Troyes. This is a mono-attribute framework agreement with a decomposed order form in four lots as follows: lot n 1:Anti -vector and antiparasitic control on the built and non -built heritage of the city of Troyes - Annual maximum amount: € 60,000 excl. HT - Lot n 2: Disclass in private residential places as part of an emergency health measure - Annual maximum amount: € 3,000 excl.In private residential places after storage room as part of an emergency health measure - Annual maximum amount: € 3,000 excl. Tax n 4: unblocking and/or cleaning of wastewater evacuation pipes in private housing places as part of an emergency measurement measurement-Mournant annual maximum: € 4,000 excl. Tax. The holder selected will be consulted, with each occurrence of a need, through the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the public procurement code, and articles R2162-13 and 14 for the own provisionsto order orders. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year from its date of notification to the holder. It may be tacitly renewed 2 times per period of 1 year, a maximum duration of 3 years.
