Description:
The purpose of this market is the services of ISO 9001, 14001 and 22000 certification audits for the Reims University Hospital Center. The present market takes the form of a framework agreement for the 2nd paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the public procurement code, which is executed by the issue of successive orders under the conditions provided for in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the code of the code Public order. Framework is mono-attribute, concluded without minimum but with a maximum fixed at 89,999 Euro (s) excl. The market is not allotted. The market has passed for the period from March 16, 2023, or from the date of receipt of the notification if the latter is later, until March 15, 2024. This initial period is tacitly renewable for 2 periods of 12 months, From March 16, 2024 to March 15, 2025 and from March 16, 2025 to March 15, 2026.
