- The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide personnel provision services to replace or provide occasional reinforcement for municipal, community and CCAS agents, reserved for integration structures for different sectors of activity (various handling work, of spacesrts, buildings, household waste removal services,
maintenance, catering, distribution, etc.).

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provideations for the provision of personnel to replace or punctually reinforce municipal, community and CCAS agents, reserved for integration structures for different sectors of activity (various handling work, green spaces, buildings, services gold removalhousehold, maintenance, catering, distribution, etc?). The contract is, in accordance with article L211313 of the public procurement code, reserved for Integration Structures through Economic Activity (SIAE) mentioned in article L.51324 of the Labor Code and equivalent structures.es when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disadvantaged workers.
