- EDF TL ensures logistical operations linked to the supply of fuels and/or liquid biomass for the electricity production plants of EDF PEI and EDF located in Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Guadeloupe. In order to guarantee the smooth running and safety of operations, EDF TL uses Terminal Safety Officer services for monitoring and assistance during unloading of ships carrying hydrocarbons and/or biomass liquid. Provision of TERMINAL SAFETY OFFICER services in the French West Indies. In order to guarantee the smooth running and safety of operations, EDF TL uses Terminal Safety Officer services for monitoring and assistance during unloading from ships carrying hydrocarbons and/or liquid biomass. The Terminal Safety Officer is an expert in petroleum and maritime operations. Its mission consists of supervising operations throughout the duration of unloading, ensuring the prevention of risks, the protection of people, installations and the environment, as well as compliance with established rules and good professional practices.
