- As part of this contract, the holder must in particular: - Mainly: annual programming/coordination and the provision of services known as periodic regulatory controls, including submission of execution documents, in all areas of intervention d'Eau de Paris with regard to the state of its equipment, installations and working environments, its environment and its production processes.
- As an annex: a. Carrying out services known as regulatory controls other than periodic, such as:
i.initial regulatory controls following, in particular, the reclassification of a periodic inspection as initial (i.e. periodic inspection carried out as an initial inspection) or a modification of an existing installation or equipment.
ii.regulatory controls for lifting of reservation/observation for cases where the control periodic regulatory review would not have been entirely conclusive.
iii. regulatory controls initiated upon formal notice from the labor inspectorate or other competent bodies (if the holder's level of accreditation allows it).
iv.one-off regulatory checks corresponding to additional checks, measurements or tests to be carried out once the risk that we sought to prevent has materialized or the desire to ensure the quality of maintenance operations carried out by a third party.
