- The purpose of this contract is to provide a scientific service in Immunology in the context of kidney diseases. Indeed, the purpose of this application is the development of methods for assaying antibodies directed against podocyte proteins, more particularly nephrin, podocin and NEPHs proteins potentially involved in nephrotic syndrome in children and adults responsible for a serious and disabling. font use of ELISA in its different variants, immunoprecipitation, and the immunofluorescence test on cells transfected with plasmids relevant. d'immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy aimed at demonstrating the colocalization of these antigens with the immunoglobulins deposited in the glomeruli.
