- This consultation is intended to conclude a framework agreement for order form for external control and technical assistance missions for the work carried out by companies within the framework of road and land-based sites in the Port industrial area of the GrandMaritime port of Nantes Saint-Nazaire. They concern in particular formulation studies, manufacturing and implementation controls of processed or granular layers, monitoring and controls of materials treated with hydraulic or hydrocarbon binders as well as controlplatform reception. They also concern asbestos and HAP diagnostics on asphalt. The precise description of the services appears in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) and in the unit price slip (BPU). The framework agreement takes effect from its dateNotification for a firm period of two (2) years, renewable once for a period of two (2) years, by tacit renewal, as follows: - firm period: 2 years from the date of notification - Recovery n 1: 2 years from the date of renewal n 1 the total duration ofThe framework agreement, all periods combined, will be at most four (4) years.
