Description:
General framework: in a general context of fighting climate change, Mauges Community and the 6 new municipalities engaged in 2021 in a shared approach to labeling territory engaged in ecological transition, Label Climate Air Energy (CAE). In 2025, the territory wishes to relaunch a new cycle. This re -engagement was validated by the Community Council and the 6 municipal councils (cf. deliberations in the appendix). Mauges Community wishes to become a positive energy territory in 2050. The Territorial Air Energy Climate Plan (PCAET), validated in November 2020, aims to support the territory and meet the expectations of the population, working on an action plan articulated around seven main axes. Coming from a vast consultation, it is structured in 38 action sheets. The action sheet n 19 Renovate the tertiary heritage: exemplarity of Public Association proposed in particular to initiate a group approach grouped with all the municipalities and Mauges Community as part of a collective animation. The force of the territory, anchored in its solidarity, its sense of the collective and its appetite for innovation, allowed the 7 communities to engage together in this dynamic. On November 17, 2022, the National Label Commission granted the two -star CAE label to six of the seven communities in the territory.
