as part of the new rail link projectLyon-Turin, the company Telt, as a contracting authority, is the public promoter responsible for carrying out and management of the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. In order to carry out the operational site 12 (CO12) of this project, Telt launched in 2023 aConsultation for a global performance market relating to the design and realization of secondary civil engineering work and rail and non -rail equipment and the maintenance of the cross -border section (T15 market). Due to the importance and complexity of this marketT15, Telt wishes to outsource certain services in order to guarantee the quality of the design, the proper execution of the work and the perfect control of the cost and the planning of the future contract. In order to achieve this common goal, Telt wishes to surround himself: a driving assistantoperation (ACO); a technical project management assistant (Amot); and a virtual infrastructure manager (GIV).
