Description:
The objective of this framework agreement is to provide a hybrid network based on two technologies (MPLS and SDWAN) for members of Insa Sant & Digital Hauts-de-France. This network must allow the interconnection of establishments reliably and securely as well as an Internet escape.
The solution requested included the supply:

XDSL, fiber or mobile physical access and end equipment,
Equipment as part of the SDWAN service,
Of the data transmission service via the network as well as its administration,
Operating, supervision and support services of the network,

An internet escape for beneficiaries,
Of the statistical monitoring service (reporting).
The solution or the solutions proposed will have to resume and include the main points and services described below.
