Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewal). The estimated amountsare indicative and include all of the renewal periods. The contractor is informed, that the Annecy Genevois Hospital Center (Change), support establishment, GHT Haute-Savoie, Pays de GEX passes the market within the framework of its legal competence (Art L 6132-2-5 A) of the code ofPublic health for the benefit of the Pays de Gex hospital center. As such, the support establishment conducts the passing procedure and signs the market on its behalf and that of the parties. The establishment is responsible for the execution of the market except for thePassage of possible endorsements
