• Description:
• The agglomeration therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of services aimed at: - Have exhaustive and reliable knowledge of its EU, EP and AEP networks; - Locate and georeference in class A all the works; - Produce and integrate the corresponding data into the Agglomeration's GIS on the basis of official geodetic systems (RGF93 / Lambert-93, NGF-IGN69), the local projection used on the perimeter of the Agglomeration will be the CC43 compliant conic; - Put in implements a quality control process guaranteeing the precision and traceability of surveys; - Meet regulatory obligations for network mapping and improve asset management, work scheduling and coordination of construction sites. This framework agreement sets all the conditions for execution of the services, it is executed progressively as purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. Location and georeferencing of accessible and surveyed outcrops linear overhead structures survey and georeferencing of all structures visible on the surface, in particular EU/EP/AEP manholes, drains, grilles, keyholes, overhead ditches, gutters but also specific network equipment (valves, drains, suction cups, fire hydrants).
