Description:
This framework agreement relates to services of strategic recommendation media offline and online, negotiation and optimization of purchase of advertising spaces as a payer agent on all types of supports, entering or part in the field of the Sapin law on behalf of of the City of Architecture and Heritage. The holder will be an agent paying. As part of the mandate relating to the purchase of multi-media advertising spaces, the city entrusts the holder with the research and purchase of multi-media advertising spaces for its own communication needs. THE Holder selected must advise the city and make the purchases of media space defined and validated with the latter, after approval of the concepts and media plans of the campaigns. To the notification of this market and in accordance with the provisions of law n 93-122 of January 29, 1993, known as Sapin law, a mandate contract will be concluded between the city and the declared agency in order to allow it to represent the brand with communication media pluri-media.
