- The consultation is carried out in the form of an open tender market, which is carried out in application of articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. The consultation file has a basic solution. The company will have to answerImperatively to the basic solution: failing that, the offer will be considered irregular. The consultation file includes a basic solution and an alternative solution on the level of franchise. The basic solution and the alternative solution will be analyzed separately fromothers according to the same criteria for judgment of offers as defined in the consultation regulations. The company must imperatively respond to the basic solution and the alternative solution: failing that, their offer will be considered irregular. Lots 2 and 5 provide servicesany additional.
