Description:
The current mandate of statutory auditors of the SAEM SEDRE ended at the end of June 2025 during the ordinary general meeting having to decide on the accounts of the financial year 2024. In this context, the general meeting of shareholders must proceed to the appointment of a commissioner forAccounts for a legal mandate lasting six years, as provided for in the legal provisions in force issued by the Commercial Code. This designation will take place during the ordinary general meeting which will be held at the end of June 2025. Within the framework of the public procurement code, the SAEM SEDRELaunches a consultation in order to designate an auditor who will exercise the legal mission of the auditorium of the accounts covered by the certification of the annual and social accounts of the Sedre for the years 2025 to 2030. The mission must be exercised in compliance with the applicable rulesto the profession of statutory auditor, and to his ethics, in particular: strict impartiality, independence, under the cover of professional secrecy, with the prohibition to interfere in the management of the company
