Description:
Entitled: Integration service and global and transversal implementation of SAP S/4 HANA software packages, HR ACCESS and a purchase information system with assistance to deployment
Subject: As part of the project to renovate its management information system, "Convergence", CEA wishes to have the integration and transverse implementation of integrated management software SAP S/ 4 Hana (with resumption of data from SAP ECC6), HR Access and an IS purchase chosen by the CEA, which will be appointed in the specifications transmitted to candidates selected after the candidacies phase. All solutions will be deployed on CEA ("on Premise") infrastructure. The target management IS concerns the CEA Civil and Defense Domains. Assistance in change management (including the animation of the technical platform of the project) and communication is requested as part of the service. The management of the project is required in all its components: functional and technical, financial, performance and risks. The choice of tools and the purchase of licenses is excluded from the market.
