- This performance is to ensure the general, technical and artistic management of events organized by the CAP Excellence Agglomeration Community. It includes planning, coordination, implementation and logistical and technical monitoring of institutional manifestations, cultural or festive of the territory.
The missions include in particular:
The general management: global coordination, followed by the course of events.
Technical management: sound, lighting, video, power supply.
The artistic management: supervision of stakeholders, time management passing through, coordination of artistic services.
The objective is to guarantee the smooth running of events in accordance with technical, budgetary, regulatory and artistic requirements set by the community.
