Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the purpose of the installation, maintenance, maintenance, removal and commercial exploitation of urban display furniture incidentally advertising, for the group of conceding authorities composed of Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole, whose headquarters are 50Zeus, Montpellier (34000), and the city of Montpellier, whose headquarters are 1 place Georges Freche, Montpellier (34000).
The contract relates to the operation of non -digital furniture of 2m2 and 8m2 intended to receive information of a general or local nature and which can include advertising,Columns (type Morris column type). The consultation includes a compulsory option concerning the operation of digital devices of 2m2 intended to receive information of a general or local nature and which may include advertising.
The contract will be concluded for a duration17 years from November 27, 2025.
The estimated value of the contract is 22,000,000 euros excl. The estimated value is calculated in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 3121-1 to R. 3121-4 of the public procurement code, takes into account the entire turnover estimated over a period17 -year exploitation, in value of January 1, 2025, on the basis of a calculation in constant euros, without indexing or updating
