Description:
development of a 6 bay hangar for technical services a car park for parking the 10 vehicles of technical services an adjoining building with the following spaces "Archives" "Maintenance Products" on the ground floor "Offices / Cloakrooms" on the upper floor. All while allowing for possibilitiess of extensions (mainly for workshop/technical areas adjoining those planned in the program) the project owner having already taken part in a Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan, wishes to continue its momentum and thus engage in an environmental approach .The project mustbe in compliance with Re 2020. The exploitation of roof surfaces for energy production is desired (mainly photovoltaic). Duration of the mission: 30 months - the estimated envelope of the works (including exterior developments within the footprint of the the plot) is 2,468,116.80 euros(s) (H.T.).
