This call for tenders is concluded in the form of a contract in installments.
The firm portion concerns the 8 members of Territoire and Habitat Normand.
Then, the optional tranches will be activated by the members lessors according to their respective needs.
The service provider will be required to intervene in the Normandy region which is covered by the 8 lessor members of Territoire and Habitat Normand.
SINGLE LOT
- Firm tranche: from the award notification until December 31, 2026: preparation a study of the opportunity for pooling and therefore the preparation of the consultation file for companies to be drawn up, consequently determining the contractual arrangement of a global pooled insurance market from 2027 to 2030 inclusive, and monitoring of the competitive bidding procedure, analysis of offers submitted, until notification of award (generally, the end of this mission will occur on 12/31/2026). The firm tranche concerns the 8 donor members.
- Optional tranche: from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2030 inclusive and assistance with the management of contracts and claims relating to these contracts. Indeed, the holder's mission will be completed at the end of the contract expiry date and when all acts of management of contracts and claims opened and declared over the aforementioned period have been completed.
