Description:
The Granting Authority entrusts the Concessionaire with the financing, provision, installation, upkeep and maintenance for the benefit of the Group of orders for street furniture elements (billboards, cultural columns, passenger shelters as defined in Article 3 and in TITLE III of the draft contract) as well as the related services. for advertising purposes, under the conditions provided for in this contract.
1120-1 et seq. of the public procurement code, within the framework of which the Granting Authority therefore transfers to the Concessionaire all the risks of charges and revenues linked to its execution.
