Description:
The consultation launched by the Intercommunal Sanitation Syndicate of Marne-la-Vallee (SIAM) aims to entrust, by service concession contract, the production and marketing of Bioco2, corresponding, to the following stages:
-Reception of the gross or "offgas" fromof the Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes treatment station
-Purification of the gross or "offgas" in order to produce bioco2 and methane (CH4)
-Condition, storage and marketing of bioco2.
The concessionaire is solely responsible for design, construction, operationof the bioco2 purification unit, packaging, storage and marketing of products; He ensures its exploitation at his own risk. In return for his obligations, the concessionaire collects directly from buyers that he has identified the products of theMarketing of bioco2.
Consultation includes a basic duration of 7 years and a compulsory option for a period of 10 years. Applicants must respond on the basis of these two scenarios.
