Description:
the Licensor wishes to entrust the Concessionaire with the exclusive care of ensuring the management and operation of the catering and seminar areas located at the Saleve Cable Car Upper Station - 5670 route des trois lacs 74560 Monnetier-Mornex (France). Management and the exploitation of thesecatering and seminar venues will be at the concessionaire's own risk. An investment is to be expected for the purchase of small kitchen and catering equipment, the acquisition of furniture and the decoration of the spaces and the purchase of crockery and cutlery. The contract to be concluded isof the service concession type, not constituting a public service or goodwill, subject to the regime of the Public Procurement Code. The procedure adopted is a so-called "Open" procedure with submission of applications and offers at the same time
