The Licensor Wishes to Entrust the Concessionaire with the Exclusive Care of Ensuring the Management and Operation of the Catering and Seminar Spaces Located at the Saleve Cable Car Upper Station - 5670 Route Des Trois Lacs 74560 Monnetier-Mornex (France). Management And the exploitation of these LCatering and seminar rooms will be at the dealer's risk. An investment is to be expected for the purchase of small kitchen and catering equipment, the acquisition of furniture and the decoration of spaces and the purchase of crockery and cutlery. The Contract To Be Concluded IsService concession type, not constituting a public service or goodwill, subject to the regime of the Public Order Code.
