This consultation concerns the realization of a research service for dangerous substances in wastewater (RSDE - EU). In accordance with the circular of September 29, 2010 and the technical note of March 24, 2022 relating to the search for micropollutants in raw waters and inWastewater treated with wastewater treatment stations and to their reduction, as well as the complementary RSDE decree project of November 2022, Perpignan Mediterranean Metropole must as contracting authority: Updating the diagnosis upstream of the water treatment stationsUrban worn (STEU) which have significant substances identified during 2022 sampling campaigns from different possible contributions: industrialists, crafts, domestic subscribers, rainfall, other establishments (agricultural users, health establishments, technical servicescommunities, etc.). - And if necessary, the carrying out of additional investigations within the framework of the action plan validated by Perpignan Mediterranee Metropole on the diagnosisupstream
