the sas rsi selects an operator in charge of a general mission of execution of the investment strategy, monitoring and disinvestment, advice and assistance, including in particular the following services: - the operational execution of the strategy of determined investment in lovent by RSI (pre-selection of files, investment operation, representation of RSI in corporate bodies, etc.) then disinvestment of the RSI transition portfolio according to the characteristics detailed in the Book of special clauses; - a general assistance missionand advice from RSI, in particular for the accounting, financial and administrative management of the RSI Transition portfolio;-The monitoring and control of the investments in the rsi transition portfolio
