Description: The purpose of the consultation is to entrust a management company (the "manager") the operational management of a regional investment fund mainly involved in the capital of project companies, and incidentally with the capital of commercial companies in the field of the energy and environmental transition, equity or quasi-equity equity (incidentally in subordinate debt), alongside private investors.This approach is carried out by the SASU (simplified joint-stock corporation uniperson) Participation and reconquest industrial (The "FPRI"), precursor of the Terra Nea Fund. The creation of the SASU, wholly owned by the Region, was decided by deliberation of the Regional Council of 17 December 2020.Origine and the objectives of the Terra Nea Fund are defined in the investment strategy of the Terra Nea Fund
