The work to be designed and carried out concerns: as part of the development of the Piau-Engaly station located in the town of Aragnouet, it wishes to make a multi-activities room for its inhabitants and tourists. This room with a total surface of around 800 m2 will include the Following areas: Help Hall - Automatic ticket office - Boutique - Coffee (80m2), SAS (10m2), Women's Localway changing rooms (25m2), men men (25m2), women's lodges (13 m2), men's lodges (10 m2), storage (15 m2), administration (23 m2), fitness room (60 m2), multipurpose room (sport & show) (320 m2), climbing area (25 m2), terrace (135m2), patios (60 m2).
The share of the financial envelope allocated to work by the contracting authority amounts to 3,000,000,00 euros (s) excl.
