Description:
As part of the opening up to competition initiated since 2021 by Ile-de-France Mobilites (IDFM-The Organizing Authority for Ile-de-France transport), the ATM group won the DSP 40 tender in April 2025 called "Croix du Sud". This public service delegation (DSP) Covers an area located in a small crown, south of the Hauts de Seine department. Eighteen bus lines are concerned with a start-up scheduled for March 1, 2026, for a period of six (6) years (5+1).
To strengthen security in buses, IDFM has implemented a Premier and second crown bus security policy that started in early 2018.
The administrative division of the territory served by the lines of Lot 40 makes it a very heterogeneous territory, which from the angle of public security multiplies the actors and the interlocutors In charge of these questions, thus complicating coordination between private security and the police (municipal and sovereign).
Lot 40 includes 7 districts (in 4 municipalities) being the subject of a priority policy of the city (QPV) with a weakened social environment and a globally very poor public security level.
