The Carole Vergne University Omnisports Center (COUCV), located in Gif-sur-Yvette, is one of the flagship facilities of Paris Saclay University. It is now equipped with 4 multi-sport fields including 2 football fields, 2 rugby fields, an athletics track, several throwing areas, long jump areas, etc. In order to secure its equipment, Paris Saclay University wishes to fence off these 4 sports fields. There The purpose of this consultation is to describe the administrative, technical and functional conditions for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and operation of fences to meet the needs of the COUCV
