This consultation is launched according to the provisions of the article L.1312-2, R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code.
This market aims to identify an economic operator in the real estate sector, a legal and financial assembly and a project to carry outAn exemplary valuation and rehabilitation project of the buildings located 171 boulevard de la Liberte and 8 rue de Valmy in Lille.
This consultation is intended for real estate operators with recognized expertise in rehabilitation of complex buildings and assembly of real estate operationsustainable.
The operator will have to propose and specify the mode of partnership envisaged and adapted to the execution of the proposed project.
The proposed assembly must be the subject of a legal study validated by a specialist in law taking in particular account of the status of OPH de Partenord.
