- The purpose of this market is the transport of schoolchildren at the Wormhout intercommunal aquatic center (59470). It will aim to implement several circuits by the transport service company, mainly reserved for public and private schools in the community of the communityof communes of Hauts de Flandre (CCHF), as well as in intercommunal educational grouping between the municipalities of Bambecque, Houtkerque and Oost-Cappel, to go to the swimming pool.
These services are part of the community policy of "swimming knowledge" (approved by community deliberationsFrom March 3, 2015 and October 11, 2016) which concerns all children enrolled in the territory in public or private primary school (or approximately 3,300 students).
