Each sector corresponds to two separate lots, one relating to the services to be carried out with vehicles for the general public, the other concerning the services to be carried out with equipped vehicles.ipes for the transport of people with reduced mobility (TPMR), i.e. 50 lots in total. - Framework agreements with purchase orders concluded with one or more economic operators per batch in application of the provisions of the public procurement code. The number of economic operators selected is set atMax 10 per batch. - The multi-attribution rules for framework agreements are defined in the consultation rules
