The market, governed by this specific notebook of the particular clauses, aims to provide its assistance to the implementation of the action "support for schooling" of the Caisse des Ecoles de la Commune, thus contributing to the policy of educational success, of prevention of dropping out of school,social cohesion and equal opportunities in the territories concerned (art .1.2 of the CCP) - This market is concluded at a global and flat -rate price. The annual forecast budget of this market is 280,000 euros-in accordance with articles L.2152-6 and R.2152-3 to R.2152-5, any offerappearing abnormally low will be verified in its economic viability. In adapted procedure where negotiation is possible, detection is carried out before the negotiation phase (see article 7.3 of the RC). -The accompanying education is an intermediate structure between theFamily, the school and the Caisse des Ecoles de l'Hay-les-Roses.
