- This framework agreement sets all the conditions for the execution of services mainly concerning the needs of nursery and elementary schools in the City of Melun. It is executed as purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority.
Other municipal servicesx may occasionally use this framework agreement as part of their manual and creative activities (Leisure Centers, Social Centers, Youth Spaces, Municipal Museum, etc.).
For information purposes, it is indicated that the municipality of MELUN has 13 nursery schools and 13 elementary schoolsntaries with: 207 classes, 2,103 students in kindergarten, 3,052 students in elementary school, for a total of 5,155 students.
