The purpose of this contract is a mission of scheduling, coordination and management of the site relating to the EXTENSION AND RESTRUCTURING OF THE WORKSHOPS AT THE LYCEE GASPARD MONGE LA CHAUVINIERE NANTES (44) The purpose of scheduling, coordination and management of the site is respectively: -To analyze the elementary tasks relating to the execution studies and the works, to determine their sequences as well as their critical path using graphic documents; -To harmonize in time and space the actions of the different stakeholders at the work stage; -At the stadium of the works and until the reservations are lifted within the time limits set in the public works contracts, to implement the various organizational measures adopted for scheduling and coordination.
