Services are paid by flat -rate prices.
This consultation is the award of a market for the execution of the scheduling mission, coordination and site management (OPC) of the Departmental Health Center located avenue Albert 1st from Belgium to Grenoble. The operation concerns the complete renovation of the Grenoble health center. The establishment is an ERP of type U, 5th category.
The purpose of the OPC mission will be to order, to pilot, to coordinate, at the level of the operation as a whole, the interventions or the decision -making of all the participants who contribute to the realization of the work, namely:
- The client,
- users,
- the project management team,
- the technical control office,
- the health protection safety coordinator (CSPS),
- public services, Dealers,…
- companies holding all the lots of this operation,
- any other participant in the operation.
The ordering mission management coordination is affected by:
- Building works, including all works adapting to the ground and all installations techniques;- all the works necessary for the development of the land for the realization of the operation;
- external arrangements included in the operation,
