This specifications aim for the definition of the work and services to be carried out in the Framework for the scenographic development of the Center for Interpretation of Architecture and Heritage carried by the CCPEVA and the exhibition "The Belle Epoque, History of thermalism" of the city of Evian-les-Bains.
In order to optimize the schedule and allow the making of videos on the Territory during the winter period, the lots 4- Multimedia realization and 5- Printing works, identified as "small lots", were the subject of a consultation in adapted procedure.
Lot 7- Accessibility will be subject to a small amount.
Also, the present notebook charges bring together the 4 remaining lots
