Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
The details of the missions entrusted to the holder appear in the specifications.
Services are paid by fixed prices.
The services provided under this framework agreement relate to:
- Project management missions to be carried out which may include all or part of the elements of the missions defined in Decree No. 93-1268 of November 29, 1993 relating to project management missions entrusted by public project owners to private law service providers and in the implementing decree of December 21, 1993 specifying the technical modalities of execution of the mission elements, in application of the MOP law, or even on a case-by-case basis, one or more specific additional services (studies or related interventions necessary for the project management mission.
- These Missions may also relate to hydraulic studies. These studies consist of modeling a rainwater collection network for a watershed or sub-watershed. The aim of the study is to define network malfunctions during heavy rainfall based on ten-year rainfall data from DEA 93 references and rainfall data for 10, 20, 30, 50 and 100 year occurrences.
