- The framework agreement with minimum and maximum will be executed by the issue of order orders. It is concluded for an initial period of 2 years (period 1). The market can be renewed for a period of 1 year (period 2). The total amount of the framework agreement is defined as follows: - period 1: mini = 80000 Euro (s) HT / Maxi = 320,000 Euro (s) HT-Period 2: Mini = 40,000 Euro (s) HT / Maxi = 160,000 Euro (s) HT The connections will be carried out on the Goelane sanitation system composed of 13 municipalities: Donville les Bains, Granville, Yquelon, Coudeville-sur-Mer, Breville-sur-Mer, Longueville,Saint-Pair sur Mer, Jullouville, Carolles, Annetoville-sur-Boscq, Saint-Planchers, Hudimesnil and Saint-Aubin des Preaux
