Description:
Envelope allocated to the work: 3,750,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
The project management contract will include a basic Building mission (ESQ/APS/APD/PRO/EXE1/ACT/EXE2/DET/AOR), with additional missions:
- Coordination of fire safety systems (CSSI);
- Scheduling planning and coordination (OPC);
- Energy monitoring of buildings for 24 months.
All of these objectives will be integrated into a BIM approach prefiguring the rest of the operation process.
MINIMUM CAPACITY LEVELS:
The consultation is open to any candidate or multidisciplinary team with skills in all of the following areas, several skills can be grouped within the same Design Office:
Competencies required by the agent or a co-contractor:
- Architecture;
- Construction economist;
- Competent structural design office drink ;
- Structural design office with concrete expertise;
- Fluid design office including HVAC and electricity (high and low current);
- VRD design office with expertise in rainwater and polluted water management;
- QEB engineering;
Skills that can be carried out by co-contractors or subcontractors:
- CSSI coordination;
- Acoustician;
- BIM Manager;
- OPC
- For the BET Fluids:
- 1 construction reference for a building of at least 900m2 (SU), delivered, reaching the RT 2012 level - 40% (or equivalent, references currently under design or construction not accepted...
